Consultancy

We offer a free inspection of your site and provide a recommendations report. These often result in Innovate securing significant savings for our clients.

Least Cost Call Routing

In simple terms LCR means that, while you are still a BT customer, your telephone calls are routed and billed via another company, at a much lower cost. You can still report faults to Innovate or BT and you will still enjoy the same levels of service you have come to expect.

Freephone numbers, Non-geographical numbers and Premium Rate Numbers

Innovate can supply Freephone numbers (0800), non-geographical numbers and premium rate numbers.

Installation Agreements

Innovate prides itself on its quality of installation and support. We project manage all our installations. Where possible, systems are pre-configured before arrival on site. We also offer pre-installation training at our offices. All of this is to ensure a smooth transition and minimal disruption to your business. Once the system is installed, we then give comprehensive training on-site ensuring you get the best from your investment.

Support Contracts

Our tailored support contracts will guarantee continued high levels of service from your equipment along with maintenance to rectify any issues that may arise. We offer 5 levels of support cover. The first four levels offer various options from telephone support and response times through to free ongoing training. Level 5 is a bespoke contract, written to your exact requirements and can even offer 24-hour telephone and on-site support. We are able to maintain anything from your telephone systems through to computer networks. The advantage of dealing with Innovate is that you only have one point of contact to ensure that the issue is resolved. Once you use Innovate we will keep you abreast of new technologies that could benefit your company and always strive to keep you at the leading edge.

Converged Systems

LAN (Local Area Network) based telephone systems are a reality, with telephones plugging directly into Ethernet switches. These are true IP Telephony systems, offering both internal and external VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol). These systems run directly through your local area network so you need not have any separate telephony cabling. If you already have a wide area network and are looking for voice connectivity then this could be the perfect solution, which can integrate into any existing telephony and WAN equipment you may have.

Cabling and Wireless Technology

We supply and install all types of cabling including Category 5, 5e, 6 and optical fibre. Wireless technologies are also available offering additional benefits for many applications such as listed buildings, laptop users and remote buildings. Our qualified engineers carry out installations to the highest standards enabling us to offer manufacturer backed warranties of up to 15 years. We comply with all industry standards and installations are tested and certified with guaranteed transmission speeds.

Telephone Systems

Telephony systems range from 4 to 400 extensions - analogue or digital. Systems can include voicemail, digital cordless telephony, call queuing and call management. Our systems can also offer such facilities as direct dialling to the desk, computer integration, high-speed Internet access, call recording and call centre functionality. Multi-site companies can, in addition, have their systems linked via wide area network technology, ADSL or private.

Computer Systems

Our in-house Microsoft certified engineers design, supply and install local and wide area networks to your specific requirements. We support NT4, Windows 2000, XP, .net and all other Microsoft variants. Our hardware is purpose designed and supplied with a full manufacturer warranty.

Remote/Home Working

Remote/Home workers can be cost effectively connected to the telephone and computer network via ADSL, SDSL or any other Internet connection. VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) means that calls can be made or transferred by the office or remote worker through the Internet at no cost and they will also benefit from full access to the internal computer network.
