Q: What is LCR/CPS?

A: Our billing platform selects the most appropriate carrier for each call, depending upon the destination, to provide the best price possible. LCR/CPS has no effect on incoming calls.

Q: How much will LCR cost?

A: There are no up front charges and no hidden costs. All you pay for are your cheaper phone calls.

Q: Why use Innovate?

A: We have an excellent customer services team to look after you and your calls will not be answered by automated messages.

Q: How long will it take to be connected?

A: Usually, between 5 and 14 days.

Q: What if I use BT Call Minder?

A: BT Call Minder is compatible with CPS.

Q: What if there is a fault on my line?

A: Simply report it to BT or Innovate and we will report it to BT on your behalf (in case of line fault) or to our service engineers.
